📅 Data Retention: Siam AI does not permanently store customer conversations beyond the necessary real-time processing unless logging or analytics features are explicitly enabled by the user.

6. Limitation of Liability
Siam AI is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a user's access to Siam AI under the following conditions:
- Violation of integrated platform policies.
- Engagement in illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
- Failure to pay for services.
